How to Quit Procrastination (and get things done)!

procrastinationAre you still struggling to clear the clutter, lose weight, get out of debt … or achieve some other goal that’s important to your quality of life? No matter how many articles and books you read, or TV shows and YouTube videos you watch, you still can’t seem to get the results you want? You know what you need to do, but you keep procrastinating.

Well, you are not alone. (And in a moment, I’m going to offer you a solution that could change everything.)

I’ve devoted over 15 years to helping people get organized. And many have experienced success. Yet others are still struggling.

Why is that?

This was a question that haunted me for years. After coaching hundreds of people, I started to notice a pattern. It’s not that they didn’t want to get organized. And it’s not that they didn’t know how.

What became crystal clear to me is that the biggest block to not only getting organized but to getting things done… is procrastination.

It’s something we all do. We put things off. We’ll do it tomorrow, or the next day…okay, we’ve been busy, so maybe we’ll do it next month. Blink and it’s 5 years later, and we still haven’t followed through with our good intentions.

Sound familiar?

It makes us momentarily feel better when we skip what we say we want to do (like get organized or start an exercise program) and do something that gives us instant gratification instead, like watch TV or surf the net. But this makes us feel worse in the long run.

The heavy toll procrastination takes on us is unmistakable…it makes us feel guilty, undermines our confidence and puts stress on us and our relationships…among other things.

Believe me, I’ve been there myself. So I knew I had to do something. I plunged into over a year of intense research – and didn’t stop until I found the answer.

And today, I’m super excited to share my solutions with you and release my new program into the world.
